Support for Iris Dynamics Yoke with P3D?

Post by Mark Hargrove » Sun Mar 01, 2015 1:14 am

While FS Force sort-of works with the Iris Dynamics yoke in P3D v2, it doesn't completely work. For example, the yoke does not move when coupled to the autopilot. Is this ever going to be addressed?

Yes, I am working on it right now. Should be done in about 2-3 weeks. If you're interested in testing out a beta version before then, please let me know.

I would be interested in helping with the beta test.

Terry, if you would like to help out with the beta, please send an email to FS Force support.

Good morning Russel

Has the autopilot follow been fixed yet with P3D V2?

Thanks

Yes. The Flight Yoke Add-on package was released a week or two ago. Keep in mind that AP Follow only works with aircraft that use the default autopilot functions built into FSX / P3D.

Hi Russel,

I downloaded the add on and using the P3D Mooney Bravo with autopilot, the yoke does not move with the autopilot. Am I doing something wrong? Also, under the selftest, damping and friction do not do anything to the yoke when selected. All other functions in the test work. No errors.

Is AP Follow non-functional with just the Mooney, or with all P3D aircraft? Does it work with the Baron?

Please contact Iris Dynamics regarding this issue.
