Re: Suggestion for new feature.

Hi again Looking down the forum topics, I notice this subject has already been raised regarding propwash on tail draggers. Although the consequences are of course more dramatic and serious on tail draggers  I beleive that the feature would add a lot of immersion and realism for all types of a...

Suggestion for new feature.

Hi Russ Some of the better aircraft such as those from A2A show the effect of the airflow from the prop over the control surfaces when the plane is stationary on the ground. Most noticeably the pitch of the plane on its wheels changes when the elevator is adjusted due to the airflow from the prop. T...

Hi Russel

Tried reverting one of the variants back to using redirections but edited the (3) files to add the back slash.

Works fine!

Thanks again

Hi again I have tried replacing the panel folders with the redirections with a copy of the panel folder redirected to, and then the trim guage works fine. Although this gives 12 copies of the panel folders rather than 3 I think I will put up with the additional space wasted unless you can think of a...

Hi again Russel Looking further I have found that only a few of the panel folders contain any real data and where they do I can see your trim additions in the .cfg file. Most of the panel folders only contain a simple .cfg file of the form > [FLTSIM] product_code=FSIM alias=Piper_Pacer_LHC_180\panel...

Hi Russel Thanks for your usual efficient response. There are four variants of the plane in \SimObject\Airplanes. Each variant has three panel files > panel.Bush, panel.Classic and panel.New. These are referenced in the Aircraft.cfg file using "panel=New", "panel=Classic" or "panel=Bush". Each separ...

No Trim Guage in Piper Pacer

Hi I recently bought Lionheart's Piper Pacer. There are four variants two of which always say there is no trim guage installed. The other two are fine. I have definately assigned a profile to each variant (actually the same one that works for the other variants. Is there some way I can manually add ...

Hi again

I have just downloaded and installed the new version and now when I start FSX it says my hardware as changed (which it hasn't) and I need to re-activate the program. When I try to do this it asks for some information I don't recognise.

What do I do now?

Regards

Re-initialising FS-force

Hi Just one thing would make FS-Force perfect for me. I often find that when I have restarted a flight or more often when I use my flight planning software on a second screen, the forces are not working properly when I return and unpause FSX. I then have to go to the menu and re-iniitialise FS-Force...
