http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/739/110449798b94625x625.jpg The movements are a bit exagerated, but it is just to explain. As you can see, when stab trim moves, the elevator follows it, to be centered also the elevator must change its center. Now, back to the menù picture I did: By selecting the...

Yes, stab trim is Stabilizer trim. I work on boeing 737, CRJs and Emb 170/190 series as an avionics technician. Essentially it is used on liners, but also on few medium planes. Example are boeings, CRJs, airbus (but here we enter in fly by wire discussion that is different). In few words, every airc...

Stab trim feature

Hi! I wrote on the general section of the forum, but, as it is a wish, I write it also here! I'd like to have a stab trim feature added for bigger airplanes. A selectable option like this: http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/3545/immaginetaq.jpg This option simply enables both FS and FSforce trims, w...

I added stall strings to the cfg file as they were missing on it, I finally tuned all for my feelings with the NGX. Ok, I've seen that each profile (I created my own one for the NGX wich have a mechanical centering also on ground with no speed) has the relative voice for the trim, now you told me how to activate te fs trim without permanently disable the fs force feature that is perfect for standard trimmed aircr...

Thanks! I noticed that few hours ago with other planes. It is possible to mix both systems? Or can be possible in a future release? Some planes that uses hydraulics use a stab trim with elevator control that is "trimmed" also. And the elevator alone is not sufficient to trim and mantain the control ...

FS Force and PMDG 737NGX

Hi! I'm Andrea from Italy, I just bougt the FS Force to add more realistic joystick experience to my flight simulator. Just after installation I prepared my own profile for the NGX usage. As the real aircraft have an artificial feel that centers te commands I changed the profile to add constant forc...
