Varying strength of forces

Hi one and all ...
having had time to get used to the FF capabilities of the stick i recently acquired i feel some of the force effects are a little strong ... is there a way to reduce them??? ... and also alter other values such as the pavement crack response rate which i feel could benefit from an adjustment?? ...
