I just bought, upzipped, and ran the set up as an admin, but when i try to open the program i get an error message saying "Unable to locate a force feedback joystick!" and then a message saying the program stopped working. I am running 64 bit vista and a Saitek X65F.

Sorry, but the X65F is not a force feedback joystick, and thus is not compatible with FS Force. According to the Saitek website, it is "force sensing", which means that instead of the joystick moving, it stays in one place and simply responds to pressure exerted in a particular direction.

I have the same message here, but with a Wingman force 3D. I already used it in FF configuration, and it worked very well (with FS9). I downloaded your demo to try it before buying the key, but nothing work... Can you help me with that? Windows XP SP3 installed.

First make sure you have the proper Logitech driver software installed. Then go into Control Panel / Game Controllers / Joystick Properties and verify that the FF joystick functions are working. If they are, FS Force should have no problem recognizing your joystick.

That's really not a lot to go on! Can you provide some details:
- Joystick?
- FSX / P3D?
- Exact text of any error messages?
