Hotkey for re-inilitization

Post by wiltzei » Sat Sep 04, 2010 5:33 am

I do sometimes have total loss of force after flaps/gear retraction, and the problem can be fixed by going to menu and doing re-inilitization. It is a very difficult way of making things right and therefore a quicker way would be great.

I´m thinking of a Lua-script, or a built-in hotkey in FSForce itself.

I´m using Sidewinder Force Feedback 2, FSForce 2.5.0.5, and (registered) FSUIPC 4.6a.

By the way, sometimes all the forces disappear even gear-buffet was turned off. A bit similarly, sometimes forces stay at 100% for no apparent reason.

Hi, Russ.

Have you considered this?

Yes I have given this some thought, however I don't know if I will be able to find the time to do a new feature release any time soon.

Have you tried enabling the debug logging feature in FS Force (http://www.fs-force.com/support.htm#FSForceLogFile). You may have a problem in your system that is causing these errors.

I tried it and only the following lines were in the log file. The forces disappeared after lift-off. I did a reset, landed, and closed the sim.

Code: Select all

EXE SimConnect Client : Acceleration
DLL SimConnect Client : Acceleration
