Concerning your comments on my post, I do know that you trim an airplane for an airspeed. it seems to be an unavoidable law of all forums. When you decide to post a reply then there is a high probability that you are missing the most important line of the original post :) Not knowing you at all, I ...

The idea of the elevator trim is help the pilot to keep a specific IAS , not attitude or VS. You should search more info about the topic. It's one of the basis of aircraft commanding but as it is a non intuitive concept, everybody needs to learn about it reading articles or being taught by someone. ...

Wow, I posted in October  Well, it's been now that I have had the time to take a look at this, and it seems that I simply didn't download the right version, hence the absence of the new features. The version 2.0.50.0 wasn't right, it didn't mean version 2.5. If someone would has pointed it ou...

Now I understand what you meant. And I think you may be right. I also feel that the effects are stronger that the centering force. For example, the "sitting in a pyramid" effect is a lot stronger that the normal centering force, although that effect is made inverting the centering force, so, I don't...

Are you running the FS-Force profiles editor to change the elevator weight specifically? At around 40-60% it's already quite strong. You mention elevator/aileron weight. As there is no aileron weight setting, maybe you are in a confusion. If you are trying to change how air speed affects elevator an...

Version 2.5
I had a few minutes yestarday to try the new version, but I didn't feel any new force stalling the aircraft. Only, maybe, a very, very subtle vibration in a deep stall that lasted a couple of seconds. The other forces are working correctly as always. If I understand correctly, I don't need to do any...

MSFS is a simulator that tends to ignore or simplify what they know most people will not notice. And the trim function is one of them. Anyway, the proportion of FF joysticks is very low. And the proportion of people with a FF joystick that knows what it should be doing beyond funny vibrations when f...

Vibrations for all the flight
The other day I was doing some funny flights with the Robinson helicopter. I had the full throttle vibrations on in that profile, and at the lift off the stick was shaking in a way that I felt it was very close to how a stick from this kind of aircraft should do, but, of course, the vibration dissap...

I am thinking about a smallish device put under or inside the seat rather than having a full motion platform. I've been using bass shakers under my seat for a year or so. They make a HUGE difference. At the beginning I was all the time thinking that it's not a very good solution because the bass co...

Yeah, it seems to be quite high on the wish list of everyone. Have you studied if it is possible to implement it? As far as I know, the different stall speeds of the loaded aircraft can be read through simconnect, and I supose that also flaps position can be read. Maybe that could be enough to have ...
